My Approach

If you’re here, it means you’re ready for change and I get it, because I’ve been there too. I remember searching for someone to help me find me, tired of feeling stuck, doing the same things, and not making real progress.​My philosophy is simple, you are not perfect and that’s ok! My therapeutic approach is based on my educational, professional, and personal background. The treatment modalities I provide include Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These treatment modalities focus on combating maladaptive thought processes and core beliefs, identifying and accepting difficult emotions, incorporating healthier coping skills, and finding meaning and purpose in your life.​​​
